Setting: The courtyard of the palace of Ko-Ko
Synopsis: Nanki-Poo fell in love with Yum-Yum long ago, but found they could not be married since she was engaged to her guardian, Ko-Ko. Now he has heard that Ko-Ko has been sentenced to death for flirting. Nanki-Poo has come back in order to take Yum-Yum away once Ko-Ko is executed. Pish-Tush tells him, though, that Ko-Ko was saved by being appointed Lord High Executioner.
